Residential Support Worker: Empower Care in Rural Bristol

Greenfields Children’s Service, part of the CareTech family, is hiring a Residential Support Worker to join our Bristol team in a rural location. You will support children and young people, work a 2 on 4 off schedule (8am–10pm, with sleep-in nights) and document progress using digital systems.

Ideal candidates hold a QCF Level 3 in Children & Young People (or equivalent) and have a driving licence with own transport.
