SEMH Behaviour Support Specialist – 1:1 & Small Groups

GSL Education is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to join a specialist SEMH school in Westcliff-on-Sea. You will assist pupils with complex social, emotional and behavioural needs, helping them regulate emotions and engage in learning both inside and outside the classroom.

The role involves delivering 1:1 and small group support, building trust with pupils and working with staff to implement strategies that promote resilience and positive outcomes.
