Residential Care Worker for Children & Young People

Silver Birch Care Holdings is seeking a Residential Care Worker to support children and young people in a safe, nurturing home environment in the UK. The role involves building relationships, supporting care plans, and promoting independence and emotional wellbeing.

Hours vary (40/week or 33 or 30 including sleep-ins, weekends, and shifts) with a pay rate of £13.22 per hour plus £70.50 per sleep-in. Full UK driving licence is preferred, and Level 3 in Children & Young People’s Residential Care
