Compassionate Support Worker — Flexible Shifts & Driver

Royal Mencap Society in Horwich is seeking compassionate Support Workers to assist individuals with learning disabilities in daily activities and emotional support. You will build meaningful relationships and communicate effectively with service users, families, and colleagues.

The role offers the opportunity to work a flexible rota, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a sleep-in option available at an enhanced flat rate payment. DBS checks and references are required.
