Hybrid Corporate Paralegal – M&A & Private Equity

Ryder Reid Legal is seeking 3 Paralegals to join a US law firm’s Corporate team on fixed-term contracts. Two 12-month FTC positions and one 6-month FTC are offered, with hybrid working and a competitive salary.

Candidates should already hold TCs with a US or City law firm and have an interest in Private Equity and M&A. Responsibilities include drafting corporate documents, due diligence, and coordinating filings with Companies House.
