Youth Independence Coach (16+) | Empower & Support

Spectrum Children and Young People Services is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to empower young people aged 16 and up to develop independence and resilience. You will work with the service team to ensure care aligns with regulatory standards and individual needs.

The role focuses on building life skills, safeguarding, and providing practical day-to-day support in a supportive housing setting. Training and DBS checks are part of the process.
