Senior Accounts Assistant – Hybrid, Path to Manager

Autograph Recruitment in Torquay is seeking a Senior Accounts Assistant / Accounts Assistant with 2–3 years in practice to support and gradually take ownership of client workloads. This role offers a clear progression path into a managerial position and is hybrid after probation.

Initially based in Torquay, with the possibility to transition to Exeter after gaining independence. You will work on year-end accounts and assist in day-to-day delivery, liaising with clients and meeting deadlines.
