SENCo Lead: Autism & SEND Excellence in Primary

Academics is supporting a large mainstream primary school in Portsmouth to recruit an experienced SENCo. You will lead the SEND provision, focusing on autism support, and collaborate with senior leaders, families and external agencies to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role requires QTS and NASENCo or willingness to train, plus strong leadership and communication skills to drive inclusive practice and meet statutory responsibilities.
