Impactful Early Years SEN TA — Nurturing Growth

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an Early Years SEN Teaching Assistant for a welcoming primary school in Houghton Regis, starting in September. The role supports Nursery and Reception pupils with SEN, delivering 1:1 and small group interventions to foster confidence and communication.

You will work closely with the class teacher, SENCO and external professionals to create a nurturing environment where every child can thrive and develop essential early learning skills.
