Job Description:
Clear Legal & Financial Recruitment is seeking an experienced Solicitor or qualified CILEX Lawyer to join the busy Wills & Probate Department in Bolton. You will manage your own private client caseload from instruction to completion, advising on wills, LPAs, probate and estate planning.
You will have at least 3 years PQE, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to mentor colleagues while delivering compassionate service to clients in elderly and vulnerable contexts.
