Quality Shift Lead – Injection Moulding & Safety

Goodfish Group Limited is seeking a Quality Shift Leader for the Cannock site to ensure production follows the plan while meeting quality targets. You will lead on-the-floor activities, supervise safety, and drive improvements on shift.

You will oversee handovers, start-of-shift meetings, break scheduling, and first/last-off quality checks, while coaching operators to build skills and maintain high standards of workmanship and safety on the shop floor.
