Hybrid Security Sales Leader – Grow National Accounts

Fairford Associates is seeking a Head of Sales for a hybrid role, ideally located with excellent transport links and fortnightly visits to the HO. The successful candidate will lead a sales team and drive growth in the security services sector, targeting contracts in the £5m-£10m range and helping to grow revenue by £10m over 3-4 years.

Salary is £50k-£55k plus commission; a company vehicle or mileage allowance may be provided.
