Resident Liaison Lead – Social Housing Refurbishments

Regen Solutions is seeking a proactive Resident Liaison Officer to support refurbishment schemes in Harlow and surrounding areas. You will act as the main link between residents, site teams and clients, ensuring residents are informed, supported, and engaged from project start to finish.

The role focuses on minimising disruption, providing a high level of customer care, and coordinating access and communications across multiple refurbishment works.
