Job Description:
Our client in Bury is seeking a Conveyancing Fee Earner to manage a varied caseload of residential and commercial property transactions from instruction to completion. You will prepare and review documentation, provide expert legal advice, and ensure client service excellence.
The role requires at least 3 years’ conveyancing experience in a UK SRA-regulated firm, strong knowledge of property law, and familiarity with SRA Accounts Rules and CQS training.
