Agile Transformation Coach — Lead Pods (London, 3 Months)

Hawke Search is seeking an experienced Agile Coach for a London-based 3-month transformation project. You will coach Pods/Teams and support ways of working aligned to client objectives, with governance oversight.

Responsibilities include assessing Pod performance, embedding Definition of Ready/Done, building self-sustaining capabilities through coaching and training, and standardising workflows and dashboards to drive delivery and reporting consistency across pods and squads.
