Overview
Boutique Bristol consultancy has a requirement for a Structural Design/Project Engineer to join the small but expanding design studio.
Responsibilities
- Deliver structural design for a mix of new-build and refurbishment projects, with project values up to £15 million.
- Collaborate on projects across sectors including residential, commercial, hospitality and the arts.
- Apply design skills to meet project requirements and contribute to project running where appropriate.
Qualifications
- Graduate member of IStructE and/or ICE.
- Educated to BEng/BSc in Structural or Civil Engineering (minimum 2:1).
- Solid design skills and, at a more senior level, good project-running skills.
- Technically strong and motivated to work for an ambitious, design-focused boutique consultancy.
Experience
Current workload includes a mix of new-build and refurbishments. Projects are spread across various building-structures sectors and include daily design and site involvement on local projects.
