Hospital Estates Lead – Facilities & Maintenance (Band 6)

North Cheshire and Mersey NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Estates Officer (NHS AfC Band 6) to join the estates department at Warrington Hospital. The post holder will lead a team delivering maintenance services across the estate, ensuring compliance with standards, procedures and legislation.

You will manage reactive and planned works, supervise staff and contractors, and use CAFM and related software systems to drive on-time, on-budget delivery.
