Salary: £64,000 + Overtime (£1,000–£2,000 on top) + Pension

Location: Coalville

Shifts: 4’s and 5’s days and nights

About the Role

A fantastic opportunity for a strong Engineering Shift Manager in a state‑of‑the‑art, fully automated, fast‑paced factory. The site has recently been invested in and offers an excellent environment to develop your career across all areas.

Responsibilities

• 30% hands‑on maintenance work within a fully automated site.
• 70% leading the shift, mentoring, delegating workload, dealing with issues and looking after the shift.

Non‑Negotiable Requirements

• Multi‑skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Leadership experience (supervisory level is perfect).
• Level 3 engineering qualification.

Requirements

• Electrical and mechanical fault‑finding experience.
• Leadership experience.
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
• Experience of leading a shift within a large factory.
