GMP Recruitment Agency Limited are proud to be supporting a highly respected Worcester based law firm recruiting an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE to join our growing and ambitious team.

The Role

You will advise on a broad range of commercial property matters, including:

• Commercial acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Commercial leases
• Property development work
• Refinancing and secured lending transactions
• General commercial property advice for a diverse client base

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in Commercial Property.
• Able to manage your own caseload confidently and efficiently.
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• A proactive and collaborative approach to work.
