Lead Programme Director, Community Transformation

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is inviting applications for a senior Programme Director for Community by Design (CbD). This fixed term/secondment role spans major change programmes and requires leadership to deliver new community-based care models across NHS Wales.

You will shape system-wide transformation, engage clinical and corporate partners, and guide governance and benefits realisation. Welsh language ability is desirable but applicants are welcomed regardless of language.
