Deputy Manager – Fast-Track to General Manager

Flow Sports Personnel Ltd. is seeking a Deputy Manager for a highly autonomous role, with the path to General Manager within twelve to eighteen months.

You will be at the centre of the customer and team experience, coaching the team, and taking accountability in the General Manager’s absence. You will support both back of house and front-of-house operations, drive financial targets, and uphold service standards in a fast-paced centre.
