Head of Maintenance – Luxury Hospitality (Multi‑Site)

Caprice Restaurants is seeking an experienced Head of Maintenance to lead engineering and facilities across its luxury estate in the UK. This role requires strategic oversight, hands-on leadership, and regular travel between Caprice locations to ensure safety, reliability and premium standards.

You will manage external contractors, drive preventative maintenance, and align operations with stringent health & safety and regulatory compliance.
