Customer-Facing Security Officer – Retail & Hospitality

Bayley & Sage is seeking a Security Officer to help maintain a safe shopping environment in our London stores. You will provide a friendly, welcoming security presence while assisting customers and store teams, ensuring safety and security for customers and employees.

The role requires an active SIA licence and compliance with UK security standards. Daily tasks include responding to emergencies, reporting incidents promptly, and supporting store operations on site.
