H&T Group plc is seeking a Store Colleague in Sutton to deliver exceptional customer service and support customers with pawnbroking, retail sales, and financial products. You’ll be welcomed into a high-performing team at the UK’s leading pawnbroker and a top jewellery retailer.
No prior pawnbroking experience is required as full training is provided. You’ll work 37.5 hours with flexible shifts, and there is potential to earn up to £2,000 discretionary bonus per year based on KPIs.
