Desktop Support Technician – Triage & End-User Help

Almac Group in Craigavon, Northern Ireland, is seeking an IS Support Technician to ensure reliable computer operation so end users can complete business tasks. You will be the first point of contact, recording incidents and resolving through triage and escalation, often by remote access.

The role requires a 3rd level qualification, full UK work eligibility, a valid driving licence, experience in desktop support and strong knowledge of Active Directory, Windows OS and VDI.
