Catering Team Lead – Prison Kitchen & Skill Building

Ministry of Justice in London is seeking a reliable prison catering role within a dedicated catering team. You will work in a professional industrial kitchen environment, overseeing meal preparation to support nutrition, skills development and rehabilitation for offenders.

The role offers a 37-hour week with potential shift patterns outside 7am–7pm and an additional 20% unsocial hours allowance. Roles may be full- or part-time, with a full range of shifts undertaken.
