Demi Chef – Hot Section: Italian Kitchen, Fast-Paced

Big Mamma Group is seeking a Demi Chef for the Hot Section to work in fast-paced kitchens, crafting authentic Italian dishes from scratch, ensuring quality and presentation. You will work alongside the Chef de Partie, supporting prep, service and training, while maintaining cleanliness and health & safety standards.

The role requires previous Demi Chef experience, strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, and a proactive attitude with flexibility for evenings and weekends.
