Dynamic Catering Chef — Seasonal Menus, Stock Control & Service

OCS is seeking a dedicated Chef to join our catering team. You will deliver high-quality food and drink offerings to clients and visitors on site. The role involves preparing and cooking meals, managing stock, and helping control budgets while maintaining exceptional hygiene.

You will work a rolling 3 on 3 off roster from 7:30am to 7:30pm, ensuring seasonal dishes are prepared to a high standard. A proactive, team-focused approach and strong customer service are essential.
