From reception, you will ensure that every guest gets a warm, vibrant Village Hotel Club welcome. A font of knowledge, you will know every detail about the hotel and local area, making recommendations and solving problems before they are even problems. Nothing is too much trouble.

- Provide a warm, welcoming front-of-house experience for guests.
- Be a font of knowledge about the hotel and local area; make recommendations and resolve issues proactively.
- Deliver high levels of guest service and strive to exceed expectations.
