Trauma-Informed Classroom Support Specialist

Milk Education seeks Trauma-Informed Classroom Assistants to support pupils aged 5-16 in specialist settings across Northumberland. Join a nurturing, therapeutic environment with small class sizes and flexible pathways between nurture-led and formal learning.

You will assist in managing emotions, supporting engagement and behaviour, and building trusting relationships with pupils who have SEMH, trauma and related needs. Training will be provided, with permanent opportunities for committed staff.
