SEMH Support Teaching Assistant – Inspire Growth in Manchester

GSL Education in Manchester is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support a primary school in the M14 area with SEMH needs. You will work with teachers and the SENDCo to provide tailored pastoral and academic support, helping pupils manage emotions and access learning in a mainstream setting.

The role focuses on 1:1 and small-group support, de-escalation strategies, and trauma‑informed approaches. DBS in place or applied for preferred, with safeguarding as a core focus.
