Daytime Kitchen Lead: Chef Role for 200 Meals/Day

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a Head Chef for the UK Hydrographic Office in Taunton. You will lead a daytime catering operation delivering breakfast and lunch to up to 200 customers daily, maintaining high standards and ensuring safety compliance.

Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you will manage a small kitchen team, drive menu development, and work closely with front-of-house colleagues to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
