Cover Supervisor — Classroom Leader with Training & Growth

Empowering Learning is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor for a full-time position in Derby, starting September 2026. You will deliver pre-prepared lesson plans when the class teacher is absent, maintain order and a positive learning environment, and support students to complete tasks with focus.

You will liaise with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning and help drive student success. The role requires a degree or equivalent qualification and strong communication skills.
