Alternative Provision Specialist TA — Transforming Young Lives

Provit Recruitment is seeking a Teaching Assistant for a Primary Alternative Provision / Specialist Education Setting in the Midlands. The role is full-time term time plus training days, with a salary of £22,000–£33,000 per annum depending on experience.

You will support learners 1:1 and in small groups, promote engagement and positive behaviour, and assist with learning activities while maintaining safeguarding standards. An HLTA or SEND experience is desirable.
