Kitchen Team Leader — Path to Head Chef, Training

Premier Inn Birmingham Oldbury (M25, J2) is recruiting for a Kitchen Team Leader. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, with a pay rate up to £13.06 per hour.

You will run the kitchen day to day, manage rotas, place food orders, lead the team through busy services, and keep everything audit-ready. Working closely with the Hotel Manager, you’ll take ownership of the kitchen—from food quality to hygiene.
