Skincare Counter Manager — Lead Team & Drive Sales

Liz Earle Counter Manager role is based on our Liz Earle counter in-store and reports to the Regional Business Manager. You’ll advise customers on skincare needs, lead your counter and team, and drive sales through coaching and promotions.

You will manage day-to-day counter operations, deliver personalised consultations, and maintain brand presentation while supporting store goals and customer satisfaction.
