Job Description:
Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an Alternate Provision Maths Teacher to join a Northamptonshire school from September 2026. You will deliver Maths lessons to KS3/KS4, plan and assess engaging work, and provide targeted support in a small-class setting.
The ideal candidate has QTS/QTLS or equivalent, secondary maths experience, and strong behaviour management. Experience with SEMH or SEN is advantageous, with a patient, resilient approach and excellent communication.
