Savings Customer Adviser – Hybrid Role

Skipton Building Society is hiring a Customer Service Adviser for the Money Direct team in England. The role offers hybrid working, a full-time 35-hour week, and training at Head Office starting August 24. Salary is £24,750 per year with a closing date of 24 Jul 2026 and interviews in the week of 20 July.

You’ll support savings customers with withdrawals, new accounts, ISA transfers and more, listening carefully and guiding customers through each step to ensure they feel supported.
