Actual starting salary £23,666 per annum

We are looking for a proactive Pastoral Support Assistant with strong communication skills to provide day‑to‑day support for our students. Working alongside Achievement Leaders and the Inclusion Manager you will promote positive learning attitudes and inclusion; liaise with parents and staff; and carry out a range of duties to support our students’ social, emotional and academic needs. The role will be linked to key year groups but there will be opportunities to work with students across the school. (Please see attached information).
This enhanced role is available to candidates with direct, recent experience of working with young people in an education setting. It is an additional role to further enhance the capacity of our team. Working hours will be 8.30am‑4.30pm (4pm on a Friday) with a 30‑minute lunch break.
