Overview

Job Title: FLT Operator

Location: Rochester, Kent

Salary: £25,382

Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm / 2:00pm – 10:00pm

Responsibilities

The FLT Operator will transfer raw materials and finished goods safely and efficiently, support production operations, maintain warehouse organisation, and ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety standards within a fast-paced production and warehouse environment.

Requirements

• Non-Negotiable: Counterbalance forklift licence
• Desirable: Experience in UK food manufacturing
• Desirable: Knowledge of stock rotation practices such as FIFO and FEFO
• Desirable: Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and BRC standards
• Desirable: Experience using warehouse management systems
