Pub Assistant Manager: Lead Team & Guest Experience

Greene King is seeking an Assistant Manager for one of our Chef & Brewer pubs. You’ll help run a busy venue, lead by example, and ensure customers and teams have a great time.

In this role you’ll support the General Manager, develop your team, and uphold brand standards while ensuring safety and operational excellence during busy shifts. You’ll need strong English communication and leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.
