Maintenance Fitter (Mechanical) – Mgmt Path | 4on/4off

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is partnering with a Peterborough-based manufacturing group to recruit a Maintenance Fitter (Mechanical). The role offers 4 on 4 off shifts, 40 hours per week, with overtime optional and a clear pathway to progression into managerial roles within a year.

You will maintain, service, test and repair plant equipment, conveyors, pumps and mixers, and support a wider engineering team with breakdown responses. Training is tailored to each maintenance activity.
