Transport Operator — Route Planning, Fleet Ops & Compliance

Uniserve in Southampton is seeking a Transport Operator to support our local branch. You will plan routes for container trucks, coordinate drivers and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with operator licences and drivers’ hours rules.

You will bring TOPS proficiency, strong communication at all levels, and good UK geographical knowledge. The role demands the ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and continuously look for process improvements to raise service standards.
