Pastoral Support Officer: Student Wellbeing & Engagement

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Officer for a welcoming secondary school in Milton Keynes, starting September 2026. This full-time, permanent role focuses on guiding, encouraging, and supporting students inside and outside the classroom to promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.

You will build trust with students, monitor attendance and progress, work with staff and families, and contribute to safeguarding.
