Outpatient Receptionist & Clerical Officer — Growth & Training

Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for an Outpatient Receptionist/Clerical Officer at Royal Preston Hospital. You will provide front-of-house services for visiting outpatients and play a key role in outpatient appointment bookings, using the QCPR system and supporting the digitisation process.

The role requires working 8am–5pm, with occasional 12pm–8pm shifts for evening clinics; you may need to work across Preston and Chorley sites.
