SENDCo & Inclusion Leader for New SEMH/Autism School

Lexden Hall School in Colchester seeks a SENDCo to lead and coordinate provision for pupils with SEND, champion inclusive practice, and work with staff and external agencies. The role includes a teaching component and oversight of EHCP reviews, safeguarding and budget stewardship.

The school is opening a specialist SEMH and Autism provision for Key Stages 2–4, focusing on pupils returning to education with individualised support. A SENDCo qualification and QTS/QTLS are required.
