Mobile Care Assistant — Travel, Flexible Hours, Training

McCarthy & Stone is seeking passionate Mobile Care Assistants to support older homeowners across our developments. The role combines personal care with domestic tasks and requires travel between sites. A probation bonus of £300 is available on successful completion.

You will work on a rota including mornings, evenings and alternate weekends, with travel between developments and mileage reimbursed. A driving licence and access to your own car are essential.
