Lead Mechanical Project Manager – Residential/Commercial

RTL Group Ltd is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to lead the mechanical package from installation through testing and handover. You will drive planning, coordination, and delivery with a strong focus on safety, quality, and programme alignment.

You will oversee a large mechanical workforce, coordinate with the Electrical Project Team for seamless MEP integration, and manage subcontractors, procurement, and cost control while reporting to senior management.
