Depot Engineering Manager – Bus Fleet & Safety Lead

Wallace Hind Selection, on behalf of our client, seeks an Engineering Manager to lead a depot engineering team in Harrogate. You will oversee maintenance, inspections and repairs, driving high standards of safety and vehicle performance while ensuring DVSA compliance and MOT performance.

The role combines hands-on leadership with strategic planning of shifts, budgets and resources. A Level 3 NVQ (or City & Guilds) and a PCV licence are preferred, with a full driving licence required.
