A/C & Refrigeration Field Engineer – Van & Benefits (Swindon Area)

FRONTrunner Recruitment Ltd is seeking a field-based HVAC technician for commercial air conditioning and refrigeration systems around Swindon. You will maintain, service, and repair equipment across a range of systems, including splits, VRV/VRF, AHUs, and DX coils.

The role covers a 40–50 mile radius around Swindon with work for care homes, hotels, pubs and colleges. The position offers a 40–45k basic salary, door-to-door travel pay, a company van, phone, pension, uniform, and 25 days holiday
